The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, both with double beds. The living room opens onto an external staircase that leads down to the generous-sized front terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining table and surrounded by lush green vegetation. This terrace is the perfect spot for dining under the open sky or relaxing by the private swimming pool (not heated).
The upper level of the Villa features an anteroom with a sitting area that opens onto a large second-level terrace with a covered dining area. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, both with double beds and private en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms opens onto a smaller side terrace.
